What should I do when my car is towed by the Police?

• Obtain release from that Police Department
• Valid Drivers License
• Photo ID
• Pay With Cash

What am I charged when my car is towed by the Police?

• Every service charge is determined BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT including
1) The tow, and any recovery, from the vehicle's location to a secure tow lot
2) A storage charge for every calendar day the vehicle is kept on the lot


• Other fees associated with impounds may include
1) An appraisal fee
2) DMV lien processing fee

What happens to my vehicle if I don't get it released?

• The car will be sold at auction
• The owner will STILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the remaining balance after auction

Can I surrender the title to my vehicle and be released from responsibility?

• No
• O.R.S. do not allow us to take a title to the vehicle
• We are not a dealership and are soley interested in vehciles being picked up
